Prawn Cocktail Sandwich

- 60g cooked peeled prawns
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon tomato ketchup
- ¼ teaspoon lemon juice
- pinch black pepper
- pinch garlic powder
- pinch onion powder
- 20g romaine lettuce
- 2 slices bread
- 10g butter
Dry the prawns with a paper towel to remove the moisture then chop them into small pieces and add them to a bowl. To the bowl with the prawns, add the mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder then mix them with the prawns.
Finely chop the lettuce then butter the bread. Spread the prawn cocktail onto one of the buttered slices of bread then top the prawn cocktail with the lettuce and the second slice of bread. Cut in half and enjoy.
