Low Carb Cheese Crisps
This recipe is for low carb baked cheese crisps also known as cheese chips. This recipe is quick, easy and make a delicious low carb snack.

- 100g cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoon dried chives
Preheat the oven to gas mark 3/325oF/170oC/150oC fan and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Grate the cheese then add it to the baking tray in small heaps. Leave enough room between them for them to spread.
Sprinkle the sesame seeds and chives on top of each pile and bake in the oven for around 9 minutes. Once baked, allow to completely cool on the baking tray before enjoying alone or with some dip.
