Low Carb Cheese Crisps

This recipe is for low carb baked cheese crisps also known as cheese chips. This recipe is quick, easy and make a delicious low carb snack.

Ingredients

  • 100g cheddar cheese
  • 2 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoon dried chives

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to gas mark 3/325oF/170oC/150oC fan and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  • Grate the cheese then add it to the baking tray in small heaps. Leave enough room between them for them to spread.
  • Sprinkle the sesame seeds and chives on top of each pile and bake in the oven for around 9 minutes. Once baked, allow to completely cool on the baking tray before enjoying alone or with some dip.
