Cream Cheese and Smoked Salmon on Celery Sticks
These cream cheese and smoked salmon celery sticks are super delicious and are perfect to enjoy as a healthy filling snack.

- 4 large celery sticks cut in half or 8 small sticks
- 40g smoked salmon
- 80g cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon chives
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Wash and dry the celery sticks using paper towel then set them aside.
Finely chop the smoked salmon into very small pieces then add them to a small bowl. Add the cream cheese and chives to the bowl with the salmon then mix them all together.
Using a table knife, fill the celery sticks with the cream cheese and smoked salmon mixture. Press the cream cheese mixture tightly into the grooves of the celery sticks then sprinkle on the sesame seeds.
