Breakfast Sausage Patties

- 500g pork mince 10 - 20% or turkey mince 7%
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion granules or powder
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon golden syrup or maple syrup
Preheat the oven to gas mark 6/400oF/190oC/200/180oC fan and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Add all the ingredients to a bowl then use your hands to mix all the ingredients together. Ensure you combine the ingredients well.
Shape the meat into 8 round patties then place the sausage patties onto the baking tray and ensure there is space between them. Cook for 30 minutes or until cooked throughout, turning halfway through. Once cooked through, remove from the oven and set aside to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
