Blueberry Smoothie with Red Grapes

This recipe makes a delicious blueberry and grape smoothie that is so yummy it tastes like a dessert. Serve this smoothie for breakfast or a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 20g chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon cold water
  • 2 large oranges
  • 200g red grape rinsed
  • 200g blueberries rinsed
  • 1 medium gala apple rinsed and chopped with core removed

Instructions

  • Add the chia seeds and water to a small bowl, mix and cover the bowl. Allow the seeds to soak in the water for 30 minutes.
  • Once the chia seeds have soaked, prepare the oranges by cutting them in half and use a citrus squeezer to squeeze all the juice out of them.
  • To a blender, add the red grapes, blueberries, chopped apple, orange juice and the soaked chia seeds. Blend them all together then enjoy.
