Blueberry Smoothie with Red Grapes
This recipe makes a delicious blueberry and grape smoothie that is so yummy it tastes like a dessert. Serve this smoothie for breakfast or a healthy snack.

- 20g chia seeds
- 2 tablespoon cold water
- 2 large oranges
- 200g red grape rinsed
- 200g blueberries rinsed
- 1 medium gala apple rinsed and chopped with core removed
Add the chia seeds and water to a small bowl, mix and cover the bowl. Allow the seeds to soak in the water for 30 minutes.
Once the chia seeds have soaked, prepare the oranges by cutting them in half and use a citrus squeezer to squeeze all the juice out of them.
To a blender, add the red grapes, blueberries, chopped apple, orange juice and the soaked chia seeds. Blend them all together then enjoy.
