How to Make Sweet Chilli Prawn Noodle Stir Fry
1. Devein, rinse and dry your prawns then season with the salt, black pepper, onion granules and ground ginger. Add the sunflower oil to a frying pan and place on a medium heat. Once the oil has heated, add the prawns and cook for around 3 minutes, turning them halfway through.
2. Use a slotted spoon and remove the prawns from the pan then set them aside. To the same pan, add and heat the sesame oil. Add all the vegetables to the pan at once and stir fry the vegetables for 4 minutes.
3. If using dry noodles, cook them according to the instructions on the pack, strain them and add them to the pan with vegetables. If using ready prepared noodles then add them directly to the vegetables. Add the prawns back into the pan and toss to combine all the ingredients. Pour in the soy sauce then the sweet chilli sauce and mix until combined. Remove from the heat and serve.
